Refund policy

Please Note:

  • We do not offer free returns. There are costs associated with returns, and customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.

  • Our money-back guarantee applies only if a product is damaged during transit or is delivered incomplete.

  • Non-returnable items: Tight clothing, underwear, swimwear, opened cosmetics/creams/oils, gift cards, custom or personalised products, and other hygienic items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  • Customer results may vary. We do not guarantee that customers will achieve the same results as described on our landing page, as results differ from person to person.

  • Please use our products only as intended and indicated on the packaging.


Return Period

  • Returns must be shipped within 30 calendar days of receipt.

  • The product must be unused and in the same condition as when it was received, including the original packaging.


Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • A shipping method with track & trace is required for all returns.

  • The return label is the customer's responsibility.


Faulty Items

  • If the item is faulty, contact our support team at info@davianza.com within 5 business days after delivery with your order information and photo(s) as proof.

  • We will assist you with a return or refund if applicable.


Wrong Item Received

  • If you received the wrong item, contact our support team at info@davianza.com with your order information and photo(s) as proof.

  • We will help resolve the issue promptly.


Exchanges

  • We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to return an item, you will need to place a new order.


Refund Process

  • If your return is received and approved, the refund will be issued via your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 5 working days for the refund to be processed.


Return Address

  • Please contact customer service at info@davianza.com to obtain the correct return address.

  • Returns must be sent exclusively to the address provided by our customer service team. Shipments sent to any other address will be considered invalid and will not qualify for a refund.

  • We recommend that you retain proof of return shipment, including the tracking number and a photo of the returned item and packaging. This information may be requested to ensure proper processing.


Exceptions

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Products with obvious signs of use.

  • Items not in their original condition.

  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

  • Returns shipped more than 30 days after delivery.
